The Oklahoma Mission of Mercy is a two-day dental event that offers FREE dental care to patients who are either uninsured, under-insured or simply do not have access to care. The event is a full-functional dental facility, offering a variety of services including dental screenings, x-rays, cleanings, exams, fillings, root canals, crowns, extractions, partials, and dentures. Hundreds of dentists and dental staff volunteer for this event.
No proof of income, insurance, or lack there of, citizenship, nothing. You just have to show up. Because it is first come, first serve, people sometimes bring tents and camp out so they can be first in line. If they are not able to get everything done on Friday, you will get a golden ticket to come back the next day at an appointed time.
This is a roaming event the first part of February. This year it's in Tulsa!
