Payment Options

The City of Caney offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Drop-off Location

We have two drop off locations. The outside drop box is located on the corner of Fourth & Main (at the end of City Hall). The second drop box is located inside City Hall, through the first set of double doors and to your left. 

Online Bill Pay

Customers utilizing this service will be charged a convenience fee per transaction consisting of 2.25%. 

Payments made to the City of Caney before 4:30 pm will be posted on the city’s books the same day. Payments made after 4:30 pm, on weekends, or holidays will be posted on the city’s books the next working day.

If services have been disconnected and you wish to reinstate your service you must call City Hall at 620-879-2772 to re-connect your services.
